The Full Story

Philanthropy

Throughout my life, it's been my ultimate mission to make a difference in the world through my art. I firmly believe that art is the most powerful tool we have in shaping society and the world around us. My journey with philanthropy started at the age of twelve, when I founded my very own non-profit theatrical organization. Each year since, I direct, produce, and design full scale musical and play productions at Debut Theatre Company, my 501c3 dedicated to an Acting Against Cancer mission. More recently, in addition to my work at Debut, I've created the Healing & Harmonies Project, an organization dedicated to producing shows with the purpose of highlighting mental health awareness for artists and raising money for causes near and dear to my heart centered around LGBTQ+ wellbeing and humanitarian aid in Gaza. Debut Theatre Co.

Debut Theatre Company was born from a deep need to help when a close friend was diagnosed with leukemia. At just twelve, I realized the best way I knew to offer support was through art. Debut Theatre Company was created to raise awareness and funds for cancer research, using the transformative power of performance to inspire hope and make a difference. Our mission extends beyond fundraising; we are committed to making theater accessible to all, offering inclusive experiences that bring together diverse communities. Through Debut, we aim to provide healing, support, and unity, showing that art can be a powerful force for positive change. Profits from each and every production are donated to Saint Louis cancer research organizations like Siteman Cancer Center and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital. Since our conception in 2016, we've raised over $40,000 for these phenomenal causes.

Healing & Harmonies

Healing and Harmonies is a theater initiative created to raise awareness and funds for actor and queer mental health through the power of live performance. Driven by my personal experiences in the arts and the challenges many face around mental health, I founded Healing and Harmonies to provide a space where artists can share their stories and connect through their struggles, triumphs, and resilience. Our mission is to use art as a bridge to foster understanding, encourage healing, and build a supportive community. By performing meaningful works and hosting shows like our upcoming BEAUTIFUL CITY cabaret at 54 Below, we aim to make mental health struggles seen, heard, embraced, and understood. Healing and Harmonies brings to light issues often hidden behind the curtain, allowing artists and audiences alike to experience hope and connection, reminding everyone that they are not alone in their journey. Our upcoming cabaret will be raising funds for necessary organizations like The Trevor Project and Doctors Without Borders.
